This Indy film was inspired by my father’s original t.v. script he wrote for Twilight Zone titled, ‘The Strange Fate of Oscar Phitkin.’ That teleplay was never sold or produced.
But the story evolved over time and became for me a tale about a second-generation hot dog vendor in Hell’ Kitchen where the entire feature was shot.
Over the decades I’ve written a lot about this film and who my father was related to getting it done back in 1996/’97. The new link is the final uploaded in 4K and is the best example of the 2-hour movie there is currently.
Enjoy!
To you our beloved father and teacher – Mr. Louis ‘Scotty’ Scotellaro.
